• Coordinate and oversee audit activities by developing relationships with key stakeholders and supporting business initiatives.
• Plan, assign, and manage audit steps, including documentation, work plans, and budgets.
• Supervise and develop audit staff through mentoring, training, and performance management.
• Evaluate control design and effectiveness by testing controls against policies and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and communicate control deficiencies, process improvements, and audit findings to stakeholders through clear reports.
• Lead investigations of high-risk issues, collaborating with legal and compliance teams.
• Drive audit process efficiencies by recognizing automation opportunities and promoting continuous learning.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
