What you’ll do…- Lead product development communication across internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment, timely updates, and clear issue resolution.
- Manage the full product lifecycle—from validating supplier data to reviewing new items, confirming specs, and coordinating approvals across cross-functional teams.
- Partner closely with omni merchants across multiple categories to bring high-quality Member’s Mark products to market.
- Support sourcing activities by validating documentation, ensuring audit-ready accuracy, and assisting sourcing managers with projects.
- Build, monitor, and refine product specifications through benchmarking, sample review, in-store evaluations, and continuous collaboration with partners.
- Conduct research and analyze data to anticipate customer needs, streamline development processes, and identify opportunities to improve product performance.
- Guide product strategy and creative direction, ensuring products meet financial goals, align with merchandising strategies, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
- Drive execution on multiple projects by setting priorities, removing barriers, tracking progress, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- You have a degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry.
- You bring hands-on experience in cleaning or cosmetics formulations.
- You’re well-versed in EPA and cosmetic regulatory requirements.
- You excel at project management and thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
