The position requires collaboration with internal and external partners to implement effective mitigation measures and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations. Additionally, the Senior Manager provides leadership and development opportunities for associates while promoting a culture of integrity, accountability, and operational excellence across the enterprise.
About the team:
The Threat Management Team functions as a strategic support unit within Global Governance, addressing security challenges across domestic and international operations. This multidisciplinary team specializes in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks while delivering rapid crisis response during high-risk incidents involving associates, vendors, customers, and facilities. Focused on maintaining a secure environment for work and shopping, the team collaborates with business units and external partners to proactively manage threats. Their mission centers on threat mitigation, swift incident resolution, and ongoing engagement to uphold global safety and security standards.
What you'll do:
- Manage and coordinate crisis events by analyzing variables, activating responders, and ensuring effective resolution and communication with stakeholders.
- Oversee data-driven assessments of security risks to people, operations, and assets, translating findings into actionable business risk strategies.
- Develop and implement value-based security and protective programs aligned with industry standards and company policies.
- Lead cross-functional security risk projects, influencing global security strategies and collaborating with internal and external partners.
- Drive execution of business plans by identifying needs, removing obstacles, and adjusting performance to meet objectives.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and development opportunities to build a high-performing security team.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
