What you'll do...

This position is on Walmart’s Central Intake and Legal Holds Team.ĚýThe Team intakes, processes, and assigns various types of legal documents.ĚýAlso, the Team ensures that information potentially important to litigation is preserved.ĚýThe Team accomplishes preservation by drafting, issuing, and maintaining legal hold notices and partnering with key stake holders on preservation projects.Ěý Ěý You’ll make an impact by:Ěý

• Being comfortable with technology, data and leveraging tools to improve processes. ĚýĚýĚýĚý
• Acquiring and maintaining knowledge of legalĚýpleadings and documents, legalĚýpreservation requirements,Ěýgeneral practice areas of litigation, andĚýattention to detail.
• Demonstrating excellent judgment and knowing when to elevate issues to leadershipĚýand manage time.
• Adhering toĚýintake andĚýlegal preservation procedures and quality assurance requirements.
• Collaborating well with key stakeholders.
• Maintaining security and confidentiality of sensitive information, data and communications.
• Drafting, proofreading and updating reports, templates, and demonstrations.

The hourly wage range for this position is $23.00 - $45.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
