We are seeking a skilled Finite Element Analysis (FEA) Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge products. As an FEA Engineer, you will be responsible for utilizing advanced computational methods to analyze and optimize the structural integrity, performance, and reliability of various components and systems.
What you'll do...
Conduct finite element analysis simulations to evaluate the structural behavior and performance of mechanical components, assemblies, and systems.ÌýÌý
Collaborate with design and development teams to define simulation objectives, constraints, and boundary conditions.ÌýÌý
Develop and implement FEA models using software tools such as ANSYS, Abaqus, or similar platforms.ÌýÌý
Perform static, dynamic, thermal, and modal analyses to assess mechanical response under different operating conditions.ÌýÌý
Interpret simulation results and provide actionable insights to guide design modifications and improvements.ÌýÌý
Validate FEA predictions through correlation with experimental data and real-world testing.ÌýÌý
Participate in design reviews and contribute to the development of innovative engineering solutions.ÌýÌý
Stay updated on emerging trends and advancements in FEA methodologies, tools, and techniques.ÌýÌý
Document analysis methodologies, assumptions, and results in clear and concise technical reports.ÌýÌý
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of FEA findings into product design and development processes.ÌýÌý

Proven experience in finite element analysis, including proficiency in FEA software tools such as ANSYS, Abaqus, or similar.ÌýÌý
Strong understanding of structural mechanics, material properties, and numerical methods.ÌýÌý
Familiarity with CAD software for geometry preparation and mesh generation.ÌýÌý
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.ÌýÌý
Effective communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.ÌýÌý
Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work within established deadlines.ÌýÌý
Experience with Multiphysics simulations (e.g., thermal, fluid-structure interaction) is a plus.ÌýÌý
Prior experience in industries such as automotive, aerospace, or consumer products is desirable.ÌýÌý
Willingness to adapt to evolving project requirements and learn new technologies as needed.ÌýÌýÌýÌý
