What you'll do...

The Senior Analyst, Brand Portal, is a key member of the Intellectual Property and Brand Protection team, supporting Walmart’s commitment to brand protection and intellectual property (IP) enforcement. This role ensures the effectiveness of Walmart’s Brand Portal by identifying technical and process gaps, resolving escalations, and driving improvements to enhance the user experience for rights owners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and enforce IP compliance standards across the Brand Portal.
• Identify and address technical issues; track resolutions in partnership with Product and Engineering.
• Manage escalations from internal teams and external stakeholders, including brand owners and third-party sellers.
• Analyze trends and provide data-driven insights to strengthen Brand Portal functionality and user trust.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Risk Operations, IP, Product, and Data teams.
• Recommend improvements to proactive monitoring tools based on rights owner feedback.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2+ years of e-commerce or compliance experience.
• 1+ year of experience in Intellectual Property, brand protection, legal operations, or risk management.
• Strong understanding of Intellectual Property concerns in online marketplaces.
• Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills.
• Experience using metrics and dashboards to track and improve platform integrity.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Excel; experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools.
