Position: Staff Technology Operations
Number of Positions Available: Two (2)
Job Location: 850 Cherry Avenue, San Bruno, CA 94066
Duties: Drive large-scale software development projects through all Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) phases, including requirement analysis, UI/UX design, development, user acceptance testing (UAT), and software deployment, ensuring adherence to project management best practices. Partner with product and engineering teams to define technology roadmaps for the Ad Tech domain, incorporating system and platform design concepts, architecture, and User Experience (UX) design principles to deliver innovative and scalable solutions. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical requirement specifications, utilizing tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Figma. Manage prioritizations with engineering teams, based on available software development sprints to align the project goals with team capabilities and business requirements. Drive Test Driven Development and assist engineering in sprint planning using agile principles. Define key success metrics, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like Schedule Performance Index (SPI) and Cost Performance Index (CPI) in collaboration with product and engineering teams. Create and maintain detailed Gantt Charts schedules and identify Critical Path (CP) items and status documentation ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks using methods like Expected Monetary Value (EMV). Create end to end (E2E) test plans and lead user acceptance testing. Lead test plan reviews and use case meetings with development teams and stakeholders, ensuring quality assurance metrics are defined, tracked, and maintained throughout the project. Escalate and resolve issues as suitable by providing clear communications through weekly updates and KPIs and supporting product teams with Product Requirements Document (PRDs) and spec development. This position does not supervise employees.
Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business, Technology Project/Program Management, Information Technology, Finance, or related area and 1 year of experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area; OR Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business, Technology Project/Program Management, Information Technology, Finance, or related area and 4 years of experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
Skills required: Experience with program management capacity with large scale complex projects. Experience with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Experience with user experience design principles and UI/UX design. Experience writing Product Requirements Document (PRDs) and Technical Specification Documents. Experience with Scum/Agile Sprint Planning. Experience calculating Project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including SPI, CPI, and EMV. Experience building Gantt Charts and calculating critical paths. Experience writing end to end user acceptance test cases. Â Â Experience with Atlassian tools. Experience with the Agile Development Methodology. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.
Salary Range: $132,288/year to $234,000/year. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.  Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) and Stock equity incentives.
