What you'll do:
- Own the replenishment process: Own the Supplier – Replenishment - Merchant relationship for a given portfolio of items to achieve on time, in full (OTIF) performance.
- Leverage your knowledge of supply networks and constraints: Help generate orders by understanding supply networks and constraints upstream from Sam’s Club.
- Resolve inventory supply issues: Identify the root causes of inventory supply issues and help implement solutions and process changes. Communicate supply issues and “get well” dates accurately and effectively.
- Supply chain efficiency: Address efficiency issues related to Supply Chain and Operations; help communicate and coordinate supply plans to ensure all stakeholders within the Supply Chain have plans to support volume.
- Supply chain planning: Collaborate with suppliers on various planning horizons to help maximize sales and exceed Member’s expectations. Track inventory through the supply chain to ensure critical in-club dates such as seasonal sets and planograms are always met.
- Handle daily replenishment exceptions: Action a series of replenishment exceptions daily that affect supply and impact Clubs and Members.
What you'll bring:
- You are excited about managing and growing new products and initiatives.
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, ideally within the Retail industry.
- You can identify business value and create compelling business cases to gain alignment for new initiatives.
- You are keen to learn how to manage a P&L and utilize performance to drive strategic roadmaps.
- You thrive in an environment where you have the freedom, scope, and responsibility to find innovative ways to impact the business.
- You are a clear and concise communicator who can convey data and information effectively.
- You are passionate about telling a story through meaningful data insights.
- You enjoy working collaboratively but can also execute projects independently and confidently.
- You have a passion for solving customer/Member problems.
- Experience with membership/subscription/loyalty programs is a plus. Marketing and eCommerce experience is also beneficial.
- Must be comfortable managing and effectively influencing/partnering across teams with some experience in project management.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
